    Good to know

Do I have to choose a service when I book?

No. You're booking a chair at a time. Tell your barber what you want when you sit down, and they'll tell you the price before they start.

How do I cancel or change my time?

Use the "View or cancel" link from your booking (it's also in your confirmation email) up to a couple of hours before. After that, or to move to a different time, call your shop: (518) 436-1308 on Delaware Ave or (518) 621-1771 on Central Ave.

    When do I pay?

In the shop, after your cut. The website never asks for card details.

    Will I get a reminder?

If you leave your email, we send a confirmation right away and a reminder the day before.
